Chef Chris's culinary journey began in Boston in 1996, where he honed his skills at a James Beard Award-winning restaurant and the renowned Formaggio Kitchen cheese shop. After relocating to South Florida, he immersed himself in various facets of the local food scene, working with top catering companies, private clubs like The Medalist Spa, and esteemed restaurants. These experiences shaped his diverse skill set and fueled his commitment to culinary excellence.
In 2003, Chef Chris became Chef de Cuisine at Greg Norman’s Medalist Spa before launching Bronze, a gourmet cheese shop and café in Juno Beach, where he also catered to exclusive clientele. In 2006, he transitioned to private chef services, working with high-profile clients across Florida, the Hamptons, London, and St. Barts—a role he continues today. His dedication to growth led him to train at iconic establishments like Gramercy Tavern in New York and Norman’s in Miami.
Balancing family and career, Chef Chris founded Hampton Forks in 2015, a private event space and catering company in Jupiter, where he catered VIP galas, weddings, and bespoke events. With decades of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences, Chef Chris remains committed to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
