His skills shine brightest while slow-cooking meats in a Dutch Oven full of spices and aromatics or marinating in a smoky atmosphere next to a flame.
Previously the Executive Chef at The Pelican Club of Jupiter, and Peak 8 Ski Resort in Breckenridge, Colorado, Chef Corey specializes in high-end dinner parties, from small bites to desserts, and everything in between.
He has a passion for crafting multi-course, upscale dining experiences without the stuffy, formal atmosphere.
