A Miami-based personal chef with a flair for merging nutrition with culinary artistry, Chef Nol Foretia is an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University, where he honed his skills in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition from 2011 to 2016.


His prowess saw him collaborate with the Philadelphia Eagles between 2016 and 2018, playing an instrumental role in their championship season in 2017. Working in tandem with the team's dietitian, Chef Nol ensured that both players and staff were optimally nourished with wholesome pre and post-practice meals, propelling them towards their championship victory.

 

Post his tenure with the Eagles, Chef Nol's expertise became sought after by elite athletes nationwide, each desiring his blend of luxury and nutrition in their culinary experiences. Chef Nol's journey into the world of fine dining saw him gracing the kitchens of some of the US's most elite country clubs and learning alongside esteemed Master Chefs.

 

His current culinary signature? Elevated comfort food - dishes that strike a chord of nostalgia but are presented with a touch of fine dining finesse.
