WHY WAS RIPPLES IN MOTION CREATED?
Ripples in Motion was built from the inside out. Kyle Ripple spent years working as a private chef, navigating an industry that placed talent without truly supporting it. Most agencies saw chefs as a commodity. Chefs were connected to clients and left to figure out the rest on their own. He knew chefs deserved more than a placement. They deserved a real partner and a true support system, built by someone who understood the demands of the job from the inside. So he built the agency he wished had existed.
Kyle Ripple, Founder
Kyle Ripple is the founder of Ripples in Motion and a Jupiter, Florida-based private chef whose career has spanned restaurant kitchens, yacht cooking, and exclusive in-home dining. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Kyle built his expertise through years of hands-on experience in demanding, high-performance environments.
A defining chapter of Kyle’s career was spent serving as the full-time personal chef to professional golfer Dustin Johnson, where he gained deep expertise in performance-focused nutrition and the discretion required within elite households.
Kyle founded Ripples in Motion to bridge the gap he experienced firsthand in the private chef industry, connecting exceptional chefs with clients who expect the very best.
Mark Tailby, Managing Partner
Mark Tailby is a Managing Partner at Ripples in Motion, bringing over a decade of front-of-house and hospitality experience rooted in the high-end restaurant scene of Southeast Florida. Hailing from Essex, England, Mark developed a deep understanding of service standards, guest experience, and operational excellence that translates seamlessly into the world of private chef placement and culinary concierge.
At Ripples in Motion, Mark leads client relations and partner property engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and attention to detail that RiM is known for.
Emily Wilensky, Senior Placement Manager
Emily Rose is our Senior Placement Specialist at Ripples in Motion, bringing over a decade of experience working closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Her career began in the private yachting industry, where she developed an exceptional standard for discretion, precision, and anticipatory service before transitioning into estate management, overseeing complex households and the teams that keep them running seamlessly. She now specializes in sourcing and placing exceptional talent within UHNW households, with a deep belief that the right placement is rooted in alignment of lifestyle, energy, and standards. Known for her calm presence and highly intuitive approach, Emily serves as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, bringing clarity and ease to every search. When she’s not matchmaking, you’ll find her at the beach with her black lab, Arlo.
